In order to have rich and balanced lives, we must
intend on living rich and balanced lives. It is a process and we must be
willing to do the proper work. That work may consist of having clear
intentions, following your intuition, letting go when needed, using
nonattachment and taking the right action. We all have different kinds of lives
but we all want to be happy and we all want to heal.

It is a misconception that there is no way to the divine. There are many ways.
All religions and paths that teach love, compassion, kindness, and tolerance are great paths to the divine. You can try them out to see what feels right or you can allow a certain one to call to you.
Stay open to what the universe is saying to you. If it feels right, does not harm yourself or others, and gives you joy, then do it. Try different classes, books, healing modalities, practices, teachers, and see what resonates with you.
Sometimes we think we needs tons of stuff to pursue our spiritual path but that is not true. Spirit will always make sure you have what is needed, if you follow it. You don't need expensive props, gadgets, books, classes, etc. in order to be in close relationship with The Divine.
We start our journey and we need to set the intention to be around people who are doing the same and want similar things. We need to be around people who will inspire us, educate us, help us, and keep us focused. You can take a classes, attend a center, visit a special place with someone you love or your partner. Be in spiritual community.
Pursuing your spiritual path is all about detoxing...letting go of the old, out-dated, negative, and the fears. Use different tools to assist you with purification...food, alternative medicine, rituals, spiritual bathes, affirmations, prayerwork, etc. When you release illusions, you can then fill yourself and life with more light.

Do your best to eat food that are whole and fresh. Too much sweets, processed foods, and unhealthy meals that create dis-ease and blockages in the body. Aim to eat balanced meals. Get knowledgeable about food.
The divine is kind and loving. There is no better way to show up in the world than by being kind to all you meet. Speak with kindness, show kindness, and think kind thoughts. Be an ambassador of the light, the love, the Source.
You can always ask the universe, life, The Goddess, the divine source for guidance. Once you ask, you must stay open to receive it. Simply write a prayer or ask during mediation for a sign about your true path.
This is all about fun. Life is about fun and discovery. Enjoy the search. Enjoy meeting the different people and seeing the new places. Enjoy the yummy meals and creative practices.Don't take things so seriously. Lighten up!
We must cultivate trust and faith in ourselves and the universe for our lives to work. Trusting our feelings, visions, and intuition is important. It is the way that the universe and our soul speaks to us. By trusting ourselves with the smaller day-to-day things, we can then trust ourselves with the larger things that life has to offer.
Be willing to ask questions. In order, to find what serves you best, you can not rely on blind faith. Ask questions at the center, to the group, to your teacher, etc. Don't be afraid. If something is right for you, it will prevail. If something does not serve you, it will either not feel right, include great disharmony or fall away. By asking questions, we get to the truth.
Learn the art of letting go of what no longer serves you...a friend, a bad piece of advice, a poor habit, etc. As we let go, we become who we really are. We keep in our lives only what helps us at that time. Things can change but that is life. Keep only what is useful.
You have to be willing to change... a habit, a job, a belief, a home, a city, a diet, etc. On the path to discovering who you are, you may have to change some things. It is not always comfortable but it is necessary. If you want different results in your life, you can't keep doing the same things.
No matter what it is (i.e. a meal, a conversation, a center, a practice, a teacher, a movie, etc),
take only what serves you. If it doesn't serve you, let it go.
If it serves you, keep it as long as you need it.
You have to be patient with the path. Be patient when getting the answer. Be patient with the practice. Be patient with yourself. Be patient with others. Everything does not always show up when we want it to but if you follow spirit, it will show up when you need it to.
We have different aspects of our lives. We must learn to take care of all of them. It all needs energy and care. The sooner we learn to balance our lives, the happier we will be. Set the intention to honor and value every aspect of your life and be willing to do the needed work to care for it.

2. Drink lots of water
3. Create a daily spiritual practice
4. Get daily exercise
5. Get monthly healing arts treatments/Alternative Medicine
6. Create an altar in your home and work space
7. Get clear about your dreamtime
8. Study the universal laws
9. Be pro-active in your shadow work (dealing with your ego)
10. Strive to become more of your authentic self
11. Spend 1-hour out in nature everyday
12. Get plenty of sleep (at least 8 hours) every night
13. Eat well. Eat foods that are healthy and whole.
14. Give to others on the monthly basis (i.e. donate, volunteer, karma yoga)
